Shipping costs
From an order value of Euro 100, – we deliver free of charge with the Austrian Post to the delivery address within Europe (EU plus neighboring countries).
Up to an order value of Euro 100, – we add the following expenses:

Every shipment can be tracked using the tracking number of the Austrian Post.
The delivery time of products can differ depending on:
- Availability of the product
- Selected payment method
- Country of delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. If delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer cannot be found at the delivery address provided, although the delivery time has been announced to the customer with a reasonable period of time or the delivery address has not been specified correctly, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.
